I had a water filter that was under my kitchen sink burst, and it flooded the upstairs and downstairs of our home in North Spokane, Wash. My plumber told me to call Hometown Restoration & Remediation Services for a dry out. Paul and his team were at my house in two hours and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They came by every day until the water was dry. When Paul and his team came to clean up, they were very polite and the place was clean. Paul also worked with the insurance adjuster to explain all of the damage to them. Definitely worth it!

Almost 24 hours before we were to leave for a 5-day vacation, we found a leak in our kitchen pipe. Steve was kind and considerate enough to arrive an hour before we had to leave for the airport so that he could start to figure out what was wrong and start to fix it right away. In the end, he helped us start the process that led to an insurance claim. By following his advice, we also found a plumber who could accurately figure out what was wrong. Finally, Steve and his coworkers took care of our things in the kitchen cabinets and moved them to the garage, where they could tear out the back wall's drywall and set up air blowers while we moved ourselves and our pets to a hotel because of mold. When I worked with the Hometown Restoration & Remediation Services team, I had a great time from start to finish. People who took care of water damage were very quick, polite, and did a good job. Also, he took away the damaged material and made the area look like it had never been there before. He kept me updated on his progress at every step of the way. Then when he was done, he cleaned up after himself so there was no evidence that either he or his equipment had been in my house. A difficult experience was made much easier to deal with because of the scheduling, the service, and the fair prices they charged for their work.
